Job Role: Admission Counselor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can actively promote our academy, generate leads, and convert them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Marketing & Campaigns

· Conduct marketing campaigns in schools.

· Distribute brochures and explain academy programs to students & parents.

· Represent the academy professionally during school visits.

2. Exam-Time Promotion

· Conduct promotional activities in front of schools during public/board exams.

· Engage with parents and students during exam hours.

· Generate walk-in enquiries.

3. Lead Management

· Call prospective leads from database.

· Explain course details, fee structure, and benefits.

· Follow up regularly and maintain lead records.

4. Admission Conversion

· Counsel students & parents regarding NEET preparation strategy.

· Address queries and objections confidently.

· Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

· Achieve monthly admission targets.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

· Confident speaking ability

· Strong convincing & negotiation skills

· Target-oriented mindset

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM handling

· Willingness to travel locally for school visits

Qualification

· Any Graduate (Marketing background preferred)

· Experience in educational admissions / sales preferred

· Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
