HITEK Trainings is hiring an enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways.

* Respond to inquiries via phone, social media, email, and walk-ins.

* Conduct follow-up calls and maintain admission records.

* Assist students throughout the enrollment process.

* Participate in promotional activities and educational events.

* Achieve admission and conversion targets.

* Coordinate with academic and marketing teams.

* Represent the organization professionally in videos and promotional campaigns.

#### Requirements

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong sales and counseling abilities.

* Must be camera-friendly and confident on-screen.
