Admission Counselor (Female)

Skillston Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our front-end team. Key Responsibilities

As an Admission Counselor, you will be the face of Skillston for prospective students. Your duties include:

• Lead Management: Promptly following up on inquiries received via social media, website, and walk-ins.
• Career Counseling: Guiding prospective students and parents through our various Diploma and Certificate programs in Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
• Sales Conversion: Converting inquiries into confirmed admissions to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Documentation: Managing the end-to-end admission process, including form filling, fee collection coordination, and document verification.
• Event Support: Representing the institute at education expos, career fairs, and conducting campus tours.
• Reporting: Maintaining an organized database of leads and providing daily/weekly progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in educational counseling or sales is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional command over English and [Insert Local Language] with a professional telephone manner.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle queries with patience and empathy.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Presentation: A well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for a hospitality-focused institute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
