Admission Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Admission Process Management

  • Oversee the entire admission process, from inquiries to final enrollment.
  • Develop and implement admission policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines.

2. Student Recruitment & Marketing

  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Organize admission events, open houses, and campus tours.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
  • Use digital platforms for lead generation and student outreach.

3. Counseling & Guidance

  • Guide prospective students and parents through admission requirements.
  • Address concerns regarding programs, fees, scholarships, and other aspects.
  • Assist students in making informed decisions about their education.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze admission trends, conversion rates, and student demographics.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on admission performance.

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and school counselors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
