Purpose: To be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the

school's brand, attract new students, and engage with parents and the community. The role

involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including school leadership, teachers, parents,

and students, to drive enrolment and promote the school's unique offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategic Planning: To develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the

school's goals and objectives. Identify target demographics and create strategies to

appeal to prospective students and parents. Analyse market trends and competitive

landscape to inform marketing strategies.

 Branding and Communication: To establish and maintain a strong and positive brand

image for the school. Develop and implement effective communication strategies through

various channels, such as websites, social media, newsletters, and community events.

Create compelling content, including articles, videos, and visuals, to showcase the

school's academic excellence, extracurricular activities, and achievements.

 Digital Marketing: To manage the school's online presence, including its website and

social media profiles in coordination with Digital Marketing Team at Corporate Office.

Execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, and social

media ads. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make data-

driven adjustments.

 Event Management: To plan and organize open houses, admissions fairs, workshops,

and other events to showcase the school's facilities and programs. Collaborate with

teachers and staff to ensure successful execution of events.

 Parent and Community Engagement: To foster positive relationships with current

parents and engage them in school activities. Develop strategies to involve the local

community in the school's initiatives and events.

 Enrollment and Admissions: To work closely with the admissions team to streamline

the enrollment process and improve conversion rates. Develop marketing materials,

brochures, and presentations to attract prospective students and parents.

 Market Research and Analysis: To conduct regular market research to identify

opportunities for growth and areas of improvement. Analyze enrollment data and trends

to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 Collaboration and Leadership: To collaborate with internal teams, including academic

staff and administration, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the school's

vision.

Educational Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

 Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

 Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and educational trends.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.

 Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.

 Strong organizational and project management skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Experience

 +3 years plus of experience in reputed CBSE school

o Preference given to residents of Gurgaon followed by Delhi/NCR region
