Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer with strong sales skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting student inquiries into enrollments and consistently achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries professionally
• Counsel students about courses, fees, schedules, and career outcomes
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain accurate records of leads and admissions
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversions
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all prospective students

Requirements:

• Proven sales or admissions experience (education or training institute preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Punctual, disciplined, and professional attitude
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, email)

Visa Preference:

• Own visa or spouse visa preferred
