Job Summary:

Uranus Education is seeking a highly organized Admission Support Officer (CL1) to join our Turkey Division. Working remotely from Egypt, you will be responsible for managing the daily data flow and technical registration for Turkish Private Universities, ensuring our admission process remains fast, accurate, and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Data Entry: Accurately registering students on Turkish private university portals during high-workload periods to ensure immediate submission.
• Real-time CRM Updates: Continuous monitoring of university emails and notifications to update student statuses (e.g., Missing Documents, Under Review, Offer Issued) on the company system.
• Document Audit: Reviewing and sorting student documents (Transcripts, Passports, etc.) to ensure they meet the specific requirements of Turkish private institutions before processing.
• Digital Archiving: Extracting data from official university documents and accurately uploading payment receipts and registration codes to the company’s internal database.
• Workflow Support: Acting as technical support for the admission team to resolve any data-related bottlenecks and ensure a smooth application lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Previous experience in data entry or administrative support within the Turkish education sector is a strong plus).
• Language Skills: Good command of English (Ability to understand university portals, email content, and compose simple professional responses).
• Technical Skills: Exceptional speed and accuracy in data entry and digital filing.
• Commitment: Must have a reliable internet connection and the discipline to manage a high volume of tasks in a remote work environment.
