The Adelson School is a premier independent Jewish Day School grounded in academic excellence, Jewish values, and the enduring traditions of classical education. We are seeking a highly organized, relational, and mission-aligned Admissions & Enrollment Associate. This role is central to supporting the recruitment, admissions, and retention of students from Early Childhood through Grade 12 while helping ensure that prospective and current families experience a thoughtful, responsive, and well-coordinated admissions process. This is a full-time, year-round, on-site position that collaborates with and reports to the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Admissions & Enrollment Associate supports the operational systems that sustain the school’s enrollment efforts while serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for families throughout the admissions journey, helping ensure that each interaction reflects the professionalism, care, and thoughtfulness that define the Adelson experience.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYAdmissions Operations & Workflow
Support the operational execution of the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including:
● Managing inquiry follow-up, communication with families through the duration of the admission process.
● Maintaining accurate admissions records and workflow tracking within the school’s CRM system (Veracross).
● Coordinating tours, play visits, shadow days, assessments, and interviews across multiple school divisions.
● Monitoring application completion and documentation requirements.
● Preparing application files and materials for Admissions Committee review.
● Supporting application status tracking and workflow management.
● Ensuring data accuracy, documentation compliance, and record integrity.
Prospective Family Engagement
● Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for prospective families.
● Provide timely and thoughtful communication throughout the admissions process.
● Support planning of campus visits, student shadow experiences, and family meetings.
● Conduct campus tours.
● Help ensure a positive and well-coordinated admissions experience for families.
Re-enrollment & Enrollment Management
● Support the annual reenrollment process for current families.
● Track reenrollment completion and assist with structured follow-up.
● Assist with enrollment communications and documentation processes.
● Support enrollment tracking and yield management efforts.
Data Systems & Reporting
● Maintain and manage admissions workflows in Veracross.
● Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of admissions records.
● Support reporting related to inquiries, applications, and enrollment metrics.
● Assist with ongoing improvement of admissions procedures and operational systems.
Engagement and recruitment programming
● Assist with the planning and execution of admissions events such as open houses, visit days, and prospective family programs.
● Support coordination of school events involving prospective families and admissions outreach.
● Collaborate with faculty, division leadership, and administrative colleagues to coordinate participation in the admissions process.
● Contribute to a coordinated institutional approach to enrollment management.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
● Five to ten years of professional experience in admissions, enrollment management, education administration, customer relationship management, hospitality, or another high-touch service environment.
● Experience collaborating with sophisticated clientele or relationship-based service environments strongly preferred.
● Experience in independent schools or education administration preferred.
● Experience working with CRM or database systems (Veracross or similar platforms) preferred.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling, workflow, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
● Bachelor’s degree required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, 12-month position. While the role follows a standard workday schedule, the Admissions & Enrollment Associate will occasionally work evenings or weekends to support admissions programs, school events, and prospective family engagement activities.

The Adelson School offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including health benefits, paid time off aligned with the school calendar, Jewish holidays, professional development opportunities, and eligibility for tuition remission for employees’ children enrolled at the school. Kosher meals are provided on campus.
