Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Roshan Mustaqbil Institute. The Admissions Counselor will assist students by providing guidance about educational programs, skill-based courses, IELTS/PTE preparation, and study abroad opportunities.

Key responsibilities include conducting student consultations, responding to inquiries, evaluating student profiles, guiding students through admission and application processes, and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents. The role also requires staying updated on educational trends and helping students choose suitable academic and career pathways.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, counseling, and sales abilities
• Familiarity with admissions processes and student counseling
• Ability to assess student needs and provide suitable guidance
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in education consultancy or admissions counseling is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a professional and target-oriented environment
