Admissions Officer

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admissions Officer to join our team and assist with the admissions process for students interested in pursuing higher education abroad. The ideal candidate will be willing to undergo rigorous on-the-job training about the admission process in international education and be passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide students through the complete application journey — from filling out forms and organizing documents to ensuring timely submissions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on universities, programs, and admission requirements to provide reliable, up-to-date guidance.
  • Assist students in refining admission essays to align with international university standards.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and stakeholders via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Ensure all applications are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
  • Maintain secure and well-organized student records in line with data protection policies.
  • Offer continuous support and personalized advice to students and their families throughout the admissions process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (professional qualifications will be a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to fresh graduates — prior experience is not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
