The Admission Officer plays a crucial role in managing the student admissions process, interacting with prospective students and their families, and ensuring a smooth transition for new enrollees. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school community.


Job Responsibilities


  • Admissions Process:

Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families. Provide information on admission requirements, programs, and school policies to prospective students and parents.


  • Student Recruitment:

Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment to attract a diverse and qualified student body. Represent the school at recruitment events, open houses, and information sessions.


  • Application Review:

Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring completeness and adherence to admission criteria. Collaborate with relevant school departments to assess applicants' academic qualifications and eligibility.


  • Interviews and Tours:

Conduct interviews with prospective students and parents to assess suitability for the school community. Coordinate and conduct campus tours, providing insights into the school's facilities and programs.


  • Communication and Follow-Up:

Communicate admission decisions to applicants and provide necessary follow-up information. Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and external partners.


  • Collaboration with School Departments:

Collaborate with academic departments, counseling services, and other relevant teams to ensure a coordinated and supportive admission process. Work closely with the finance department to facilitate the enrollment process. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and admissions data. Generate reports on admission trends and outcomes for school leadership


Education Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field.


Experience


  • 3-5 years of experience and at least 2-3 years of experience in student admissions, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficient in English
