Job Title: Admission Officer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student enrollments, promoting institute courses, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments
- Promote institute courses through calls, messages, and direct interaction
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales/enrollment targets
- Provide detailed course information and guide students in selecting the right program
- Follow up with potential students regularly to close admissions
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic team when required
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or admissions (mandatory)
- Ability to provide previous sales performance proof/track record
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus
