The Admissions & Registration Manager oversees the full student lifecycle from application to graduation, combining admissions leadership with registrar responsibilities. The role ensures accurate, fair, and compliant handling of admissions, registration, and academic records in line with MOHE regulations and institutional policy.
In Year 1, this is a foundational role responsible for building admissions and registration systems from scratch, achieving inaugural enrollment targets, and establishing audit-ready processes for accreditation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Admissions
- Develop and execute admissions strategy aligned with enrollment targets and MOHE regulations.
- Manage end-to-end admissions: applications, document verification, eligibility checks, decisioning, and communication.
- Oversee admissions CRM for pipeline tracking, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Verify Qiyas/Tahsili scores and academic credentials.
- Coordinate recruitment activities with Marketing and manage school/agent relationships.
- Maintain structured applicant communication workflows.
Registration & Records
- Manage course registration, scheduling, add/drop processes, and capacity planning.
- Maintain student records in SIS (grades, credits, academic standing, enrollment data).
- Issue official documents (transcripts, letters, certificates).
- Oversee academic calendar processes and graduation audits.
- Ensure curriculum data accuracy and compliance with academic policies.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with MOHE regulations and PDPL data protection standards.
- Produce enrollment and registration reports for leadership.
- Support ETEC/NCAAA accreditation documentation and audits.
- Coordinate with ASU for dual-degree enrollment and credit transfer alignment.
Leadership
- Lead admissions and registrar teams, defining workflows, KPIs, and service standards.
- Handle escalations for admissions decisions and record issues.
- Ensure a high-quality, student-centered experience.
YEAR-ONE PRIORITIES
- Build admissions and registration playbook (processes, SLAs, templates).
- Achieve inaugural enrollment targets.
- Implement SIS for registration and records management.
- Establish end-to-end admit-to-register workflows with audit trails.
- Create registrar policies (grading, withdrawals, graduation rules).
- Develop MOHE-compliant documentation templates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years in admissions/registrar/enrollment roles, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of MOHE admissions regulations (Qiyas/Tahsili).
- Experience with SIS and admissions CRM systems.
- Understanding of PDPL and academic data governance.
- Bilingual: Arabic and English (full professional proficiency).
