Admissions Representative Vocational Training School

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Representative to join our team. The Admissions Representative will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students for our vocational beauty college. The ideal candidate will have experience in either recruiting or enrolling students, or customer service and sales . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with college level students.

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

- Bi-Lingual - English & Spanish (preferred)

- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including students, parents,

faculty, and staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word and general email correspondence skills.

- Proficiency in emailing and followup lead calls

Responsibilities:

- Recruit prospective students by providing information about the educational programs and opportunities offered by the college.
- Conduct presentations to promote the institution and attract potential students.
- Educate prospective students and their families about the admissions process, including requirements, deadlines, and financing options.
- Assist students in completing application forms and gathering necessary documents for admission.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and interviews.

- Advise students on their attendance and manage student tuition accounts.

- Perform general administrative work such as filing, lead data entry, lead follow up & graduation closeout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
