About the Role

International Fitness Alliance (IFA) is a fast-growing fitness education and wellness company raising the standards of health and fitness across the Middle East.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Admissions & Sales Coordinator to join our Bahrain team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (1–2 years out of university) who has some sales experience, enjoys meeting new people, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and excited to be a brand ambassador.

You will help aspiring fitness professionals and organizations learn about IFA’s internationally recognized certification programs, guide them through the admissions process, and support overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Promote and sell IFA’s fitness and nutrition certification programs.
  • Build relationships with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and events.
  • Follow up consistently to answer questions, address objections, and close enrollments.
  • Track leads, enrollments, and performance using CRM tools and reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and admissions targets.
  • Support the coordination and promotion of workshops, events, and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management to improve conversion and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement (recent graduates welcome).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills — confident on calls and in person. Have GREAT phone voice with a clear accent.
  • Enthusiastic, persuasive, and motivated by achieving results.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with strong follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, lead-tracking tools, and social media.
  • Strong interest in fitness, health, and education a Plus!
  • Must currently reside in Bahrain and eligible to work full-time.
