Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
- Assist with event planning, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Handle front desk duties, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Transcribe meeting notes and other important information as needed.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Perform general office tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- High level of computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
