Adobe Graphic Designer Print Production Signs & Apparel - In Person

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and energetic Adobe Graphic Designer specializing in print production for signs to join our dynamic creative team. This in-person role offers an exciting opportunity to craft visually compelling signage that elevates brand presence and communicates messages effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital art, graphic design, and print production techniques, with a passion for transforming concepts into eye-catching visual displays. You will collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and production teams to deliver high-quality signage solutions that meet client specifications and project deadlines.

Duties

• Design and produce large-format signs, banners, and visual displays using Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Manage the entire print production process from concept development to final sign manufacturing, ensuring color accuracy and quality control through color management techniques.
• Develop innovative visual designs incorporating branding guidelines, typography, layout design, and sign manufacturing specifications.
• Prepare detailed production files optimized for print using layout design principles and technical knowledge of sign materials and fabrication processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and sign manufacturers to ensure designs are accurately translated into physical signs while adhering to safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Utilize motion graphics, digital art, or video editing skills when needed to enhance signage presentations or marketing campaigns.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including proofs, color profiles, and production schedules to streamline workflow efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on print production for signs or large-format displays.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) along with familiarity with CorelDRAW or Sketch for specialized design tasks.
• Knowledge of color theory, color management, typography, layout design, and typesetting principles relevant to signage.
• Experience working directly with sign manufacturing processes including material selection, fabrication techniques, and finishing methods.
• Ability to incorporate branding strategies into visual designs while maintaining consistency across multiple projects.
• Familiarity with digital design tools such as Figma or InVision for presentation purposes is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Basic understanding of web design elements like HTML, CSS, WordPress or content management systems is beneficial but not required.
