About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Video Editing Intern who wants to grow into a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who understands modern content trends and is eager to master high-retention short-form video editing, especially for YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos (YouTube Shorts & similar formats)
• Focus on high-retention editing techniques (hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, etc.)
• Work closely with the content team to deliver high-quality videos on time
• Continuously improve editing style based on performance and feedback
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have)
• Strong understanding of short-form content and audience retention strategies
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work full-time onsite (no remote work)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow quickly
