We are seeking an energetic, caring, and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide continuing guidance and coordinate the RAI process to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the nursing department

• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and training of competent department personnel

• Participate in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling regular in-service training classes

• Coordinate the RAI process, ensuring timeliness and completeness of MDS, CAA's, and Interdisciplinary Care Plan

• Monitor and guide the completion of assessments in a timely manner

• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences and monthly QM meetings

• Manage Care Planning Process

Requirements:

• Current RN license required (preferred)

• Experience in Long-Term Care settings

• 2 years management experience preferred

• Excellent Communication Skills required

• Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision

• Flexible hours required
