ICA is a faith based Christian organization and began in 1990 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. The Institute for Children’s Aid (ICA)is a major divisions at International Christian Adoptions. We stand on Biblical principles in all we do lending hospitality and sanctuary to all who are in need coming into our care. ICA is dedicated in helping children and their families around the world and in the United States. Our staff are multi-lingual and multi-ethnic and professionally trained to assist in various trauma informed capacities. ICA promotes and secures the emotional, spiritual and physical welfare of children who have been victimized, abandoned or persecuted; found in the streets, war zones, government run institutions, refugee camps or family homes and provides them a family they can call their own. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Understands NON PROFIT licensed agency audits, quality assurance, policy/procedures accreditations, licensing
Understands NSP, TILP, ISP, Administrative Reviews, Progress Reports, etc.
Can conduct audits for CARF, IAMME
Very comfortable organizing binders of hundreds of documents
Understands foster care and adoption regulations and programming
Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, develops charts, graphs, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
Answers telephone for Executive Director, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility.
Schedules appointments, maintains calendar, allocates supervisor’s time
Prepares materials for workshops, conferences, meetings, duplicates/collates
Maintains files, creates spreadsheets, enters data accurately, details files and filing; proofreads and edits, prepares reports.
Manage case files, enter data into complex government data base systems
Work independently and organize complex tasks
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations
Excellent copy editing and proofreading skills
Remain calm under sressful circumstances and work with frequent interruptions
Maintain various quality assurance organizational systems
Meet strict timelines and perform multiple tasks

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
