Ads Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ads Manager / Digital Marketing Manager located in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and performance. Daily tasks will include market research, campaign planning, ad creation, performance analysis, and budget management. Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be required to ensure alignment with business growth objectives. This role involves staying updated on digital advertising trends and using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

• Strong skills in Marketing, Advertising, and Sales to drive brand growth and promote engagement
• Experience in Communication and Project Management to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely campaign delivery
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to optimize advertising strategies and measure campaign success
• Proficiency with tools for managing digital advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms
• Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and demonstrate creative problem-solving
• Familiarity with e-commerce and brand development in the feminine care or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
