Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Ads Manager with proven experience managing and optimizing META (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on META and Google Ads platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure ad consistency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing META (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ad performance metrics, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom campaign strategies.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and related tools.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.
