Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Manage and scale campaigns with monthly budgets of $10,000+
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies to improve performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for better results
- Collaborate closely with content and design teams to create high-performing campaign assets
- Set up, manage, and optimize tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and pixels
- Build and manage retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation strategies
- Make data-driven decisions to improve lead generation and conversion rates
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying
- Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with $10K+ monthly ad spend
- Prior experience in SaaS or software services industry is required
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
