Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

We’re looking for a performance-driven Ads Specialist who can independently run paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. You will handle funnel planning, ad strategy, optimization, and reporting for multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage conversion-driven ad campaigns for Meta & Google
• Create campaign funnels (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), custom audiences, retargeting
• Monitor ad performance, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and optimize budgets accordingly
• Work with content and creative team to build high-impact ad creatives
• Deliver weekly ad performance reports with clear KPIs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in running Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Familiarity with A/B testing, pixel setup, and performance analytics
• Ability to scale and optimize ads to achieve sales or leads
• Must be available for full-time on-site work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
