We are an Authorized ADT Dealer expanding our residential sales division across the Atlanta metro area and

surrounding Georgia markets. We are looking for highly driven, competitive individuals ready to build serious

income and a long-term career.

ADT is the most recognized name in home security — and our team backs that brand with results. Our top rep

earned over $180,000 last year. Our closers average 8–12 new accounts per week. We invest heavily in

training, mentorship, and development — but we are selective about who we bring on.

Compensation

• Expected $75,000–$150,000 On-Target Earnings (Year One)

• 100% Commission-Based — Uncapped

• Top representatives earn $200,000–$500,000+ annually

Earn While You Learn — Structured Entry Progression

We start every new hire in a strategic Entry Setter position. You begin generating income immediately while

building the skills required to become a high-level Closer. Most reps are closing independently within 60–90

days.

• Learn territory management and lead generation systems

Training & Development

What You'll Be Doing

This is an outside sales / door-to-door role generating residential ADT security accounts across Georgia

territories including the Atlanta metro area.

• Prospect homeowners in assigned territories

• Generate and qualify leads

• Run in-home consultations (as you advance)

• Close and manage the full sales process

• Build long-term customer relationships
