Adult Case Manager (Clubhouse) + Team Lead

Adult Case Manager (Clubhouse) + Team Lead – Work under the direction of the department director and an assigned program coordinator, providing billable and non-billable task as assigned related to scheduling, documentation, budget monitoring, treatment, program planning and goal setting. Provide direction to assigned team (s) as requested by coordinator. Assist the coordinator in ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of equipment, materials, and facilities.

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or High School degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Human Services field.

Hourly position: starting wage is $25.84/hour (includes a 7.5% increase for team lead).
