Adult Family Home 2nd Shift

Stable Living LLP is hiring! We are an assisted living company that offers supportive programs to adults with disabilities. Stable Living LLP is looking for our next Adult Family Home 2nd Shift.

You would be working 2nd shift hours at one of our adult family homes. Hours will fall between Monday-Friday 4PM-11PM. In this role, you are caring for up to 4 adults with disabilities. Come join us and make a positive impact in someone's life!

Job Responsibilities

-Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which includes assisting with administering medication.

-Provide quality resident care as indicated on the care plan.

- Meal prep.

-Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

-Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.

-Providing guidance on developmental goals such as daily living skills.

-Promote residents’ confidence and independence.

-Companionship and conversation.

-Provide assistance with housekeeping and laundry.

-Participate in the community's Life Enrichment Activities, events and outings, while encouraging residents to attend.

Job Requirements :

-Be able to pass a caregiver background check

-GED/High School Diploma

-18 years of age or older

- 1 year of caregiving experience if possible*

-Confident in stressful situations

-Need to have a valid Driver's License
