Adult Party Bus Host

We're looking for a few ROCKSTARS to join our team!

Kulture Rides is Houston's Party Truck on Wheels. We provide party tours in H-Town's 3rd Ward, Eado, and Midtown Areas for guests to tour the city or just have a great time with friends. We host birthday events, tourists, as well as locals that want to party in the city.

HOSTS MUST HAVE AN OVER-THE-TOP PERSONALITY AND LOVE BEING THE STAR OF THE SHOW. MUST LOVE TO DANCE & SING AND A LOVER OF 90's & 2000'S HIP HOP & R&B IS REQUIRED. EXTREME EXTROVERTED PERSONALITY IS A MUST.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Party Truck Host for Houston's First Open Air Tour Party Truck!

- Primary duties is to ride on the back of truck with guests for various events and parties, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for guests
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the event, including setup, activities and games on the truck, and cleanup
- Interact with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Facilitate games, activities, and entertainment to keep guests engaged and entertained throughout the event

- Captures pictures and videos of guest experiences
- Check guests in and out
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety rules and regulations

- Communicate with Driver Regarding and updates

- Communicate w/ local bars and clubs regarding attendance
- Utilize conflict management skills to handle any disputes or disagreements among guests or staff members

- capture content via phone and video and post on social media platforms to boost engagement.

- coordinate social media challenges , content and stay up to date on current trends.

- Distribute Flyer and attend events to market company to potential customers

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Experience working with children in a party or entertainment setting
- Cash handling experience and ability to accurately manage financial transactions
- Knowledge of events management and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to engage an audience

- Must be an expert on the following social media platforms: IG, FB , Tiktok
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality. Must be extremely extroverted.

-Must have your own car and be willing to commute to the 3rd Ward/ Downtown area for shifts. Must be able to successfully arrive on time to the meet up locations.

Schedule: Must be available on evenings and weekends Thursday- Sunday

Bars we frequent are 21+ bars, hosts must be of age to enter bars.

Pay: Weekly $15/hour PLUS TIPS
