The Adult Services Residential Coordinator oversees and supports residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with operational standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. This role supervises direct care staff, ensures the implementation of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and fosters an inclusive and supportive environment aligned with the organization’s core values: Community, Compassion, Excellence, Integrity, and Communication.
Supervise and support direct care staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
Oversee the implementation of ISPs to promote personal growth and independence for residents.
Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards for residential programs.
Monitor the physical condition of residential homes, arranging maintenance as necessary.
Facilitate effective communication between families, guardians, and treatment teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on resident progress and program operations.
Assist in budget management and resource allocation for assigned residential programs.
