Job Title: Advanced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an Advanced Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead our digital growth initiatives across search, social, and performance marketing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, SMO, SEM, content marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive quality traffic, boost engagement, and generate measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced SEO and SMO strategies to improve organic visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, social, email, and display networks.
- Oversee social media marketing (SMO) — including content calendars, engagement strategies, and brand storytelling across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure SEO-friendly and conversion-focused content across digital assets.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics tools.
- Manage link-building, influencer outreach, and local SEO to improve authority and reach.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and funnels for better conversion rates (CRO).
- Stay current on the latest digital trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies in SEO, SMO, and performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in advanced digital marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns.
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO along with SMO and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and content trends.
- Knowledge of PPC, email marketing automation, and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or Analytics.
- Experience with local SEO, YouTube SEO, and e-commerce marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and UX principles.
- Experience with AI tools for digital content optimization (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Growth in organic traffic, social reach, and keyword rankings.
- Increase in lead quality, conversions, and ROI across digital channels.
- Engagement rate and follower growth across social media platforms.
- Improved website performance scores, bounce rate, and page speed.
- Campaign ROI and overall digital visibility improvement.
