Who We Are Looking For

Music Home is a leading in-home music school in Dubai, providing private lessons at students’ homes across the city.

We are currently hiring:

1. Advanced Piano Teachers

Teachers with strong piano performance and teaching experience for children and adults, from beginner to advanced levels.

OR

2. Vocal, Guitar, or Violin Teachers

Teachers specialized in Voice, Guitar, or Violin who can also teach Piano up to an intermediate level.

Piano teaching ability is mandatory for this role.

Job Responsibilities

* Teach music lessons at students’ homes across Dubai

* Teach children, teenagers, and adults

* Prepare students for performances, exams, and technical development

* Follow professional lesson planning and maintain teaching quality

* Foster student motivation, discipline, and progress

* Provide engaging, high-quality music education

Requirements (Mandatory)

✅ Fluent English communication

✅ Strong teaching experience in Piano, Voice, Guitar, or Violin

✅ Ability to teach Piano lessons (mandatory)

✅ Professional attitude and reliability

✅ Comfortable teaching at students’ homes across Dubai

✅ Immediate availability preferred

✅ Strong performance skills and teaching methodology

Preferred Qualifications

* Music degree or conservatory background

* Experience teaching children

* Experience with graded music exams (ABRSM, Trinity, MTB, etc.)

Salary & Benefits

Year 1

AED 6,000 monthly salary + commissions

Year 2

AED 7,000 monthly salary + commissions

Please Note:

Working Conditions

* Full-time position

* Maximum 48 hours per week

* One weekly day off

* Teachers work only during scheduled class hours

* Lessons are conducted at students’ homes throughout Dubai

Probation Period

* 2-month probation period

* Performance, punctuality, professionalism, and teaching quality will be evaluated

* Residence visa and Emirates ID will be processed after successful completion of probation
