Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our established, physician-led rheumatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled APP who values autonomy with a collaborative specialty environment, clinical complexity, and long-term patient relationships.

Position Overview

• Manage a panel of established rheumatology patients
• Evaluate and treat autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
• Prescribe and manage DMARDs and biologic therapies
• Order and Interpret labs and imaging
• Perform joint injections
• Collaborate on complex cases with supervising physicians
• EMR-based documentation
• Outpatient-only setting

Compensation Structure

• Competitive guaranteed base salary ($105k-$145k)

Requirements:

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years APP experience (rheumatology a plus)
• Experience managing complex chronic disease a plus
• Comfortable with immunosuppressive and biologic therapy
• Efficient, independent clinical decision maker
• Licensed NP or PA-C in Virginia
