We are seeking an Advanced Aesthetic Injector with an artist’s eye and a surgeon’s precision for our state-of-the-art facility in Dadeland. This role is designed for a confident, high-producing provider who wants to escape the limits of a fixed salary and maximize their earnings through an uncapped, production-based pay structure.

The Opportunity: You will join a high-performance clinical environment under the guidance of our Medical Director, Dr. David Jativa. You will have access to the latest technology (CO2, RF, etc.) and a dedicated marketing team invested in filling your schedule. We bring the volume; you deliver the excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Artistry & Advanced Procedures

• Injectable Mastery: Perform expert-level assessments and administer Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.
• Advanced Modalities: Execute complex procedures including PDO Threads, CO2 Laser, and RF Microneedling. (Experience preferred, but for the right candidate with injectable mastery, we can teach you!).
• Safety & Protocol: Maintain meticulous aseptic techniques and infection control. You must be capable of managing aesthetic complications (vascular occlusions, etc.) with calmness and expertise.

2. Patient Consultation & Education

• Consultative Sales: You are responsible for the full patient journey—from assessment to conversion. You must be able to educate patients on comprehensive treatment plans to achieve natural, balanced results.
• Anatomy & Customization: Develop personalized plans based on deep knowledge of facial anatomy, ensuring safety and alignment with the patient's goals.

3. Documentation & Growth

• Medical Records: Maintain detailed, HIPAA-compliant documentation of procedures and patient responses in our EMR system.
• Brand Building: Collaborate with our marketing team to create content that builds your personal brand and authority in the Dadeland market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensure: Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Doctor (MD) in Florida.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic experience (Injectables).
• Confidence: You must be comfortable in a production-based environment (Hunter Mindset).
• Portfolio: Must present a portfolio (Instagram/Digital) of Before & After results.
• Language: Fluent English & Spanish required. .
