Who We Are

Blue Medi Spa has been a leading medspa in Sherman Oaks since 1999. Twenty-six years, same neighborhood, deep returning patient base.

We're Allergan and Galderma top national accounts. That means real volume, first access to new products and training, and a relationship with our reps that actually works for you (Alle program, Aspire support, etc). We also likely work with most of the device brands you already know like Cynosure, InMode, and Hydrafacial.

We're independent. Not a chain, not a franchise, not a private equity rollup. The owner is hands-on, marketing is run in-house, and decisions get made in days, not quarters.

Who We're Looking For

You're an RN, NP, or PA, with at least 2-3 years of high-volume OR Full correction, aesthetic injecting.

You have a real eye and a real following. You can confidently treat with:

• Advanced neurotoxin (full face, neck, masseters, traps, advanced patterns)
• Filler artistry across all zones: lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, tear troughs if you're trained for it
• PRP/PRF, Sculptra and other biostimulators
• Bonus points for: GLP-1 patient management, Energy device experience (Morpheus8, PicoSure, FormaV, IPL, Laser Genesis), and hair restoration

You believe in natural, refined results. You don't need to pressure patients. You document well. You photograph your work. You're comfortable being visible on our social channels, or staying behind the scenes and creating content, if that's your preference. We support both.

What You Get

Your own chair from day one. We have the patient flow. You will not have to hustle for walk-ins, write your own promos, or build from zero. Our marketing team works hard to feed your schedule with qualified candidates.

Real compensation. Base plus commission on services and product. Happy to share the structure on a first call. Full-time, top performers here are more than capable of making six figures.

First access to product. Top Tier status means you see new toxins, fillers, and devices before smaller spas.

The full toolkit. Laser Hair Removal, Morpheus8, PicoSure, Laser Genesis, LED, Lumecca IPL, FormaRF, Micro-Needling, Ultherapy, peels, and an active injectable formulary. You can build complete, layered treatment plans without having to tell patients "we don't do that here."

Peers and backup. A medical director available anytime he’s needed. Experienced practitioners to consult with. You are not left alone for the hard cases.

Marketing that supports you. Featured on our channels with your name attached, professional before/afters (with consent), and a personal brand-build inside the Blue brand if you want one.

Our culture is professional, collaborative, and performance-aware without being pushy or punitive. We hire adults and treat them that way.

What We Expect

• Active California license in good standing
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• Punctuality and follow-through (patients book in advance and we honor that)
• Respect for the whole team: front desk, estheticians, fellow practitioners, management
• A real point of view on aesthetic outcomes, and the humility to keep learning

Schedule

Full-time preferred, 3 - 5 days, with one - two Saturday rotations per month. Reasonable hours. Real lunch breaks. No 8 PM consults.

We read every submission and respond to everyone, including no's. The first call is 20 minutes. Second is in person with a working consult. If it's a fit, you'll know inside two weeks.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
