Illume Aesthetics is hiring an Advanced Aesthetician to join our luxury medical aesthetics practice. We specialize in advanced anti-aging therapies, customized skin treatments, and premium homecare solutions. Our goal is to deliver exceptional results and create an unmatched patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced skincare services, including laser treatments, facials, and body therapies
• Consult with clients, recommend treatments, and guide at-home skincare regimens
• Partner with medical providers to ensure safe, results-driven care
• Promote products and services to support ongoing client results
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment spaces

Requirements:

• Oregon Advanced Aesthetician License (required)
• Skilled in advanced treatments within your scope
• Professional, friendly, and confident in educating clients
• Sales and product recommendation experience

Results: In this role, you will be expected to:

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly service revenue and retail sales goals
• Maintain a high client rebooking rate and build a strong repeat clientele
• Achieve high patient satisfaction scores through exceptional care and results
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared and sanitized for every appointment
• Contribute to overall clinic productivity by supporting a positive, efficient workflow

Return:
