Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetician with a strong background in laser treatments and clinical skincare. This role is ideal for someone passionate about results, client experience, and staying at the forefront of aesthetic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser hair removal
• Skin resurfacing & rejuvenation
• IPL/photofacials
• Medical-grade facials & peels
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet safety and sanitation standards
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician (Nevada required)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with laser devices and advanced treatments
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and medical-grade skincare
• Experience with consultations and upselling treatment plans/products
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Certifications in laser platforms (Candela, Sciton, etc.)
• Experience in a luxury med spa setting
• Social media presence
