Duties

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including but not limited to Microneedling, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommend personalized treatment plans to meet their needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products and conducting product demos to boost client engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service through active communication skills, attentive listening, and personalized consultations.
• Support the Spa by staying current on industry trends, new treatments, and continuing education opportunities.
• Also a big part of this position is to handle the Marketing (Instagram, Facebook) for Advertising for the Spa

Experience

• Proven experience as an aesthetician with advanced training in Microneedllong, dermabrasion, Chemical peels and other specialized skincare procedures.
• Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency in, eyelash extensions, makeup application (not required) and Advanced Aesthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic environment.
• Experience in retail sales or product demos is preferred to enhance client education and satisfaction.
