Deschutes Dermatology Center is excited to welcome a Certified Advanced Aesthetician to our growing team! We are seeking a passionate, skilled professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized aesthetic treatments.

This position offers competitive compensation ($24.00–$28.00/hour depending on experience), hourly pay with commission opportunities after the introductory period, benefits package, CME opportunities, and licensure reimbursement.
Responsibilities
· Perform patient skin care consultations and recommend products
· Obtain complete consent form from patients for procedures and/or photos.
· Perform a wide variety of treatments, including, but not limited to dermaplaning, HydraFacial, light chemical peels and laser treatments.
· Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
· Have a neat and polished appearance and work area
· Keep up to date of changes in techniques or requirements
· Maintain registrations and/or certifications
· Be willing to attend off-site educational meetings when requested
· Work collaboratively with our medical providers to draft and implement cosmetic policies and procedures
· Creation and marketing of cosmetic specials, email blast and work with Clinic website and Social Media contacts.
Experience
· Current Certified Advanced Aesthetician in the state of Oregon
· Minimum of 2-year medical experience
· Current certification in medical CPR required
· Computer and EMR skills
· Positive attitude, willing to learn and yet self-directed and flexible
· Ability to contribute to a team dynamic and work well with people of all ages
· Knowledge of medical principles, practices, and techniques
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32.0 per week
