Summit Dermatology & Aesthetics is a rapidly growing aesthetics and dermatology practice building a modern, high-performance aesthetic division. We are not a static environment—our practice is constantly evolving, improving, and scaling.

We are looking for a full-time Advanced Aesthetician who thrives in change, embraces growth, and wants to be part of building something exceptional.

The Opportunity

This is not a “clock in, clock out” role.

You will be stepping into a dynamic, fast-moving practice where:

• Systems, treatments, and offerings continue to evolve
• New technologies and protocols are regularly introduced
• Expectations rise as the business grows

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments:
• Laser (pigment, resurfacing, vascular, tattoo removal)
• RF Microneedling
• Chemical peels and medical-grade facials
• Conduct high-level consultations and build treatment plans
• Drive patient retention and package sales
• Adapt quickly to new services, devices, and protocols
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve the aesthetic division
• Maintain compliance and detailed charting

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Advanced Aesthetician (Oregon)
• Experience with laser and energy-based devices
• Strong consultation and sales ability
• Highly adaptable — comfortable in a constantly evolving environment
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Team player who wants to grow with the business long-term

• Full-Time Commitment (this is not a part-time or side role)
• W-2 Employee mindset — aligned with team goals, accountability, and structure
• Must be comfortable with change, growth, and performance expectations
