THE ROLE :

We are seeking an experienced, confident Aesthetician with strong clinical skills who is ready to grow their book within a brand that already has momentum.

This role is for someone who understands that joining an established, evolving brand means contributing to its growth, elevating its standards, and building alongside it — not simply clocking in. If you’re serious about building your business within a strong, creative brand — we would love to meet you.

I.S.O. :

• Strong clinical foundation and advanced treatment experience
• Confident in corrective skin work and consultation-driven treatment planning
• Experience with advanced modalities and laser preferred
• Brings existing clientele or demonstrates proven ability to build and retain a book
• Strong understanding of retail strategy — comfortable educating, recommending, and confidently selling professional skincare
• Familiar with product knowledge and able to integrate skincare into treatment plans naturally
• Maintains a social media presence and understands personal brand building within a larger brand platform
• Clear, confident communicator with clients
• Performance-driven, growth-minded, and committed to long-term development

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments
• Conduct consultations and treatment planning
• Maintain high clinical and safety standards
• Contribute to retail performance and rebooking
• Support promotions and brand initiatives
• Actively build and retain a personal book of business
• Represent the brand visually/ socially/ creatively/ professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
