Advanced Aesthetics Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Advanced Medically proficient Aesthetics Instructor to join the Revise Institute faculty. This position is ideal for a licensed aesthetics professional who thrives in front of a classroom and is energized by mentoring students in both foundational and advanced medical aesthetic techniques. This is a part-time role with a commitment of approximately 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in advanced medical aesthetics topics including medical terminology and EMR and charting, microneedling, chemical peels, advanced skin analysis, and post-procedure care
• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and hands-on practice materials in alignment with Revise Institute's curriculum
• Create a professional and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student success
• Provide individualized feedback, mentorship, and academic support to students
• Facilitate remote Friday morning sessions via Microsoft Teams with the same professionalism and engagement as in-person classes
• Evaluate student performance through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and ongoing observation
• Maintain accurate student records including attendance, grades, and progress documentation
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical aesthetics
• Collaborate with school leadership and fellow instructors to ensure curriculum continuity and program excellence
• Adhere to all applicable state licensing requirements, OSHA standards, and school policies

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
