Maleda Tech is seeking an Advanced Analyst to join a dynamic Trust Experience and Analytics team. In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team of highly technical stakeholders to drive impactful results through data analysis. You will be involved in the end-to-end project lifecycle, from problem definition to creating dashboards for sharing insights that solve high-priority business problems.
- Partner with business teams to understand organizational goals and ensure prioritization of highest impact initiatives

Define, create, and visualize metrics for problem definition and tracking project success/workstream health

Collaborate with technical owners to deliver impactful insights

Create and maintain dashboards for weekly reporting

Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders, keeping them and their teams engaged throughout projects

Develop and optimize SQL queries and data pipelines using Airflow

Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
- 5+ years in a data analyst or similar role

High proficiency in Advanced SQL and Airflow for developing queries and data pipelines

Working knowledge of experiments, causation & correlation, and statistical models (e.g., regression, Chi-square)

Experience with Superset, Tableau, or similar BI platforms to develop reports and dashboards

Ability to work independently with stakeholders, write requirements, and solve analytical problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Strong ability to serve as a liaison between business and technical teams

Excellent teamwork skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience with Trust & Safety domain, ML models, and metrics

Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages like Hive, Python, and R

Strong written and verbal communication skills
