Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Injector – Part-Time (Naples, FL)

We’re seeking an experienced NP or PA Injector to join our North Naples location! This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the schedule and books continue to build. We’re looking for a provider who is confident in aesthetics and can help grow the practice—a current book of clients is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly pay + commission (performance-based)

Schedule

• Part-time to start
• Potential to expand to full-time as demand increases

Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Provide exceptional patient education, aftercare, and follow-up guidance
• Maintain accurate charting and follow clinical protocols
• Build strong patient relationships and drive retention
• Support clinic growth through excellent results and a luxury patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Florida NP or PA license in good standing
• Injectable experience required (tox + filler)
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

Preferred

• Established following
• Experience with facial balancing and full-face treatment planning
• Med spa or aesthetic practice experience
