Advanced Data Analytics Senior Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor retail banking performance.
• Lead portfolio analytics and customer segmentation strategies to enable targeted marketing and personalized customer experiences.
• Build and deploy predictive models (e.g., cross-sell/up-sell propensity, churn prediction, customer lifetime value).
• Plan and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and controlled experiments to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product performance.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance standards.
• Define analytical data requirements and contribute to data warehouse and data lake architecture .
• Develop and implement scalable analytics solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities through advanced methodologies, tools, and emerging technologies .
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, information security standards, and regulatory requirements .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering , or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques .
• Advanced programming skills in Python (machine learning model development).
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard design and data visualization.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications .
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms .
• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus.
• Experience in retail banking analytics or customer analytics .
• Knowledge of big data environments (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) .
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) .
