Advanced Emergency Medical Technician

Job Summary:

City Doctor is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Paramedic to join our emergency medical response team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced pre-hospital care, make critical decisions in high-pressure situations, and ensure the highest standard of patient care during emergency and non-emergency cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced life support (ALS) and emergency medical care to patients at the scene and during transport
• Assess complex medical emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions per DCAS and City Doctor protocols
• Administer medications, perform advanced airway management, ECG interpretation, and other ALS procedures
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, hospitals, and emergency services for seamless patient handover
• Ensure timely and accurate patient documentation and reporting using electronic medical records
• Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment and ensure ambulance readiness at all times
• Participate in continuous training, drills, and professional development programs
• Maintain compliance with all DCAS guidelines and operational standards

Requirements:

• Valid DCAS License (Advanced Paramedic level) – mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as an Advanced Paramedic
• Recognized diploma or degree in Paramedicine or Emergency Medical Services
• Proven ability to work in high-stress environments with sound clinical judgment
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding field conditions
• Proficiency in using emergency medical equipment and technology
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
