Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, hair styling, and hair extensions to meet diverse client needs.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend personalized treatment plans, and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, updating client records, and managing guest services efficiently.
• Engage in social media management by showcasing treatments through photos and posts to promote services and attract new clients.
• Assist with retail sales by demonstrating products during demos, upselling treatments or packages, and providing excellent guest services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Support front desk operations including greeting clients, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in advanced skincare procedures; additional certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments or tattooing are highly desirable.
• Proven management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of salon software platforms such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
• Experience in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to esthetic practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Skilled in retail sales techniques including product demos, upselling strategies, and product knowledge across skincare lines.
• Competence in various esthetic treatments such as facial therapies, eyelash extensions, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, hair styling & extensions, hair threading, deep tissue massage, dermabrasion, med spa procedures like dermal fillers or Botox injections.
