Advanced Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Advance Esthetician to join our dynamic team at our med spa. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare treatments and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various beauty treatments, enhancing the overall client experience, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, lasers, micro needling and chemical peels.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
• Manage client appointments using salon software to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-ups.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost revenue.
• Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty treatments, and industry innovations.
• Foster a warm and inviting environment that reflects hospitality and professionalism.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician in a med spa or salon setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in various esthetic techniques including dermabrasion, lasers, micro needling, chemicals peels, and facials.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments with the ability to educate clients effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience in managing appointments through software is a plus.
• A background in cosmetology or related fields is beneficial for this role.

Pay: $19.00 - $50.00 per hour
