About the Role

AYA Med Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Advanced Esthetician to join our team at our Avalon location in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury medical spa environment, loves helping patients feel confident, and has strong experience with advanced laser treatments and skincare services.

We are looking for a polished, team-oriented provider with a strong understanding of medical-grade skincare, patient education, and aesthetic treatments. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient care and results.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule
• Rotating weekend days required
• Two shifts per week until 7:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling on weekdays

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience practicing in a medical spa setting
• Active Georgia Esthetician License
• Active Assistant Laser Practitioner License required
• Hands-on experience with Sciton laser devices required
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and medical-grade skincare products

Preferred Experience

• Laser hair removal
• Laser skin resurfacing
• Chemical peels
• Hydrafacials and custom facials
• Microdermabrasion
• Patient consultations and treatment planning
• Experience with Revision®, Obagi®, SkinMedica®, and similar skincare lines
• Experience operating devices such as Sciton®, Candela®, Ulthera®, and CoolSculpting® is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments within scope of practice
• Conduct patient consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare products and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and retention
• Collaborate closely with providers and spa team members
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and safety standards throughout the clinic
