Skin Lab Med Spa is seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetician & Laser Specialist to join our results-driven, team-based medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable professional with an owner mentality who is passionate about skin health, advanced treatments, and delivering meaningful patient outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, driven, and excited to help grow alongside a collaborative, high-level aesthetics team.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of esthetic experience
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skin health, and treatment planning
• Deep understanding of skin anatomy and physiology
• Extensive medical-grade skincare knowledge
• Minimum 1–2 years of laser experience
• Certifications in advanced aesthetics and laser treatments
• Strong consultation and patient education skills
• Strong documentation and charting skills

We take a comprehensive approach to aesthetics, combining medical-grade skincare, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, and collaboration with injectables to achieve optimal results. We prioritize education, long-term outcomes, and patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including lasers, peels, microneedling, and advanced facials
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Recommend medical-grade skincare
• Collaborate with injectors for combination treatments
• Maintain strong patient relationships and retention
• Participate in social media content creation
• Complete accurate charting and photo documentation
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and scope-of-practice requirements

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

Compliance with all regulatory boards and clinical protocols is imperative. This role requires:

• Strict adherence to scope of practice
• Detailed and timely charting
• Consistent photo documentation
• Accurate treatment parameter documentation
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Comfort working in a medically supervised environment

Growth Mindset

Skin Lab Med Spa is a growing practice. We provide marketing and new patient opportunities, but we are looking for someone who is motivated to actively build, contribute to growth, and develop long-term patient relationships.

This role is best suited for someone who is proactive, driven, and excited to grow alongside the practice.

Schedule

We currently operate Tuesday through Saturday, with extended hours on select weekdays and limited hours every other Saturday. Flexibility and availability to support patient demand are required.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Aesthetic treatments: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Advanced Aesthetician license in the State of Nevada (Required)
