BWW is an elevated medspa and wellness space designed for growth, collaboration, and high-level client care. With our recent expansion, we are seeking a skilled Advanced Esthetician who is passionate about results-driven treatments and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced esthetician specializing in advanced, corrective skincare treatments. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident performing high-end services, building long-term client relationships, and operating within a professional, fast-growing environment.

This is not an entry-level position—we are seeking someone who is already skilled and ready to step into a higher standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced treatments including:
• Chemical peels (superficial to advanced)
• Microneedling / collagen induction therapy
• Advanced facials and corrective skincare treatments
• Dermaplaning
• Acne and pigmentation-focused protocols
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on home care and long-term skin health
• Maintain detailed and compliant client records
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards
• Contribute to a collaborative environment through cross-referrals and teamwork

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Master/Advanced Esthetician License (state of NC)
• Minimum [1–3+] years experience in advanced skincare treatments
• Proven experience with result-driven treatments (not just relaxation facials)
• Strong knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Confidence in recommending retail and treatment plans
• Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
• Self-motivated and comfortable in an independent or semi-independent work environment

Preferred (but not required)

• Experience in a medspa or clinical setting
• Certifications in advanced modalities (microneedling, advanced peels, devices, etc.)
• Before-and-after portfolio or client results

Compensation

• Competitive structure (hourly, commission, or contractor-based depending on fit)

• Must maintain active liability insurance
• Must maintain all required certifications and licensing
• Must align with BWW standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client care
